San Diego Chapter of the
 "Ninety-Nines, Inc"


Supporting,  encouraging and mentoring women who are current or aspiring recreational and professional pilots in the greater San Diego area. The goals of the Ninety-Nines organization are:

  • Friendship Through Flight
  • Flight Training Scholarships
  • Aviation Education in the Community
  • Preserve the History of Women in Aviation


The San Diego Chapter generally meets on the 4th Saturday of the month,  at Gillespie/KSEE or Montgomery/KMYF airports.  For meetings at the Gillespie Airport Speer hangars,  enter the parking lot on 2090 N.  Marshall and follow the "99s" signs.  (Any aspiring or current non-member aviatrix is welcome to drop by and meet us!)  To find out more about future meetings and events or directions,  see our Calendar of Events or E-mail us.

    • January 23rd - The SD99s hostess Wanted: Alive! Reining in the Fatal Accident Rate presented by the Air Safety Foundation, 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ the Mission Valley Resort
    • January 28th - meeting @ 10 am Fran's/Speer hangars, KSEE
    • January 28th - SW Section 99s Winter Workshop in Santa Cruz, CA
    • May 4th-6th Spring SW Section meeting in N. Hollywood, CA
    • July 11th -15th - Ninety-Nines 2012 Int'l Conference Marriott Providence Downtown, Providence, Rhode Island
